- Promote the dissemination of materials published by the University and their creators and researchers at relevant events.
- Plan and organize annual publishing activities in accordance with the realities of the University.
- Achieve levels of editing and quality that establish the University as a leading publisher in the region and beyond, focusing on scientific, technological, and cultural topics of regional, national, and international interest.
- Ensure consistent growth in the placement, sale, and overall commercialization of titles published by the University, marked by its identifying seal.
