Purposes and Objectives
The primary purpose of human resource management is to provide the appropriate and relevant personnel, both in quality and quantity, to achieve the mission, vision, and objectives in each of the University’s strategic areas.
General Objective
To attract, select, develop, and retain qualified and motivated individuals through human resource management to achieve the objectives outlined in the Institutional Strategic Development Plan.
Specific Functions
- Maintain a qualified, motivated academic and administrative staff aligned with institutional goals.
- Ensure a sufficient academic and administrative staff to meet institutional needs and fulfill the mission.
- Foster a favorable work environment for the development of academic and administrative activities.
