The unit is responsible for contributing to the positioning of the institution through a corporate image that reflects its identity and supports the cooperative ties established by the University Government. It proposes the annual plan of events and institutional activities to the Prorectorate. It develops and ensures compliance with the rules of University Ceremony and Protocol in various institutional activities. It periodically develops and reviews the Corporate Image, ensuring its proper implementation and strengthening. It supports the Executive Directorate of the Rectorship in coordinating the actions and functions related to the Protocol and Activities of the Rector and the University’s Management Team. It advises and coordinates the public relations activities of the institution, in accordance with the programs and events prioritized annually by the Prorectorate.
It has two areas:
Ceremony and Protocol Area
Its function is to develop and propose the formalization of a University Ceremony and Protocol Manual, supervise the correct application of protocol procedures in activities organized by various university units, and professionally advise and support the public relations actions considered in the officially sanctioned institutional events each year. It generates a Protocol that outlines the actions each Faculty or Directorate should take when preparing an activity (Seminar, Meeting, Lecture) to maintain institutional order and protocol.
Corporate Image Area
Its function is to create graphic products requested for the events of the Rectorship and according to the annual schedule of institutional events. It supports certain key activities for the institution, such as the Welcome for New Students and other significant events.
