Body that certifies, generates, collects, and safeguards strategic documents of institutional value. The University Secretary is the senior official responsible for providing administrative support for the meetings of the Board of Directors and its Committees.
- To convene, keep accurate and complete minutes of all meetings of the Board of Directors, the Board Committees, the Academic Council, University Commissions, and all other general committees established at the University.
- To notify various officials of all acts and decisions of these bodies.
- To safeguard and archive all documents belonging to the University that are under its custody.
- To safeguard the University seal, which must be stamped on the documents that require it.
- To promote the study and integration of ethnic communities and migrants.
- To issue the certificates and diplomas granted by the University.
