The Acting Director of Quality Assurance is the professional responsible for supporting the management and development of Self-Evaluation, External Evaluation, and continuous improvement processes at the institutional, degree, and program levels. Their role includes providing ongoing advice to university authorities on matters of quality and continuous improvement.
- To promote quality assurance mechanisms within the University and manage continuous improvement actions.
- To promote the integration and evaluation of academic processes in Teaching, Research, Community Engagement, and Institutional Management.
- To lead the Institutional Self-Evaluation Process and follow up on the Improvement Plan during the accreditation period.
- To advise on the Self-Evaluation Processes and follow up on the Improvement Plans for Undergraduate and Graduate Programs.
- To manage the External Evaluation Processes of the Institution, Undergraduate Programs, and Graduate Programs.
- To coordinate the joint work of all members of the university community to achieve the quality assurance objectives.
