The body responsible for collecting and analyzing strategic information of the institution and generating reports that facilitate timely management and decision-making by the authorities and executives of the University. Additionally, it must produce university reports requested by external entities.
The Director of Institutional Analysis is the official responsible for managing the information from various processes carried out in different areas of the university’s development and for communicating it succinctly for timely decision-making.
Specific functions:
- To collect information related to the strategic areas and indicators of the institution.
- To prepare and disseminate synthetic reports regarding strategic information from various development areas of the University, as requested by authorities and executives for timely decision-making.
- To conduct comparative studies between different units of the University and other institutions.
- To provide official and updated information to various internal and external stakeholders as required.
